Who provides the service

TrueFloat (gettruefloat.com) is operated by Daniel Fillion as a sole proprietor ("we" in these terms). By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

TrueFloat analyzes the Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedule files you upload and reports schedule health, changes between updates and a draft narrative.

Not professional advice

Reports describe what the schedule data shows. They are not legal advice, a forensic delay analysis, or a finding of cause or responsibility. Narratives are drafts for a qualified person to review before use.

Your files

You must have the right to upload the files you submit. You keep all rights to them. We use them only to produce your report and delete them on the schedule in our data policy.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If a paid report fails because of a problem on our side, contact us for a refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and run until the end of the paid period.

Fair use

The monthly plan covers up to 30 full reports a calendar month. A project plan covers one project's updates, up to 6 uploads in any 30 days (the monthly update plus corrected resubmissions). Uploads beyond these limits can be bought as single reports. Automated or abusive use may be limited.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
